You won’t ever have to worry about what to do with your hands or feel awkward in front of the camera; I’ll guide you through playful, interactive prompts and lighthearted games that bring out your natural chemistry. My ultimate goal is for you to leave the session not just excited for your photos, but feeling even more in love and ready to take on wedding planning together.

If you’re worried about feeling awkward or not knowing what to do with your hands, take a deep breath—I’ve got you covered. Instead of barking directions, I use fun, lighthearted prompts and interactive games that get you moving, reacting, and laughing together. Whether I’m having you whisper ridiculous secrets or spin each other around, you’ll be so busy having fun that you’ll completely forget there's a camera pointing at you.

"We are so awkward in front of the camera! Will you tell us what to do?"
Absolutely. In fact, feeling "camera awkward" is 100% normal, and it’s exactly why I don't do stiff, traditional posing. Instead of leaving you hanging, I will guide you through the entire session with fun, interactive prompts and games. You won’t have to worry about where to look—you'll be too busy laughing and focusing on each other to feel self-conscious.
"What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our shoot?"
We’ll keep a close eye on the forecast! If it's just a light drizzle or a bit cloudy, we can absolutely still shoot—overcast skies actually make for gorgeous, flattering light. However, if the weather gets genuinely miserable or dangerous, we will simply reschedule for a better day at no extra cost to you.
"What should we wear to our engagement session?"
The golden rule is to wear something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and like yourselves. I always recommend choosing outfits that allow you to move freely—since we'll be walking, spinning, and maybe even running around. Aim for colors that complement each other rather than perfectly matching, and try to avoid giant logos or super distracting patterns.
"Can we bring our dog or a fun prop like champagne?"
Yes, please! If there is something that is a big part of your relationship, I highly encourage bringing it along. Pop a bottle of bubbly to celebrate, bring your pup for some adorable family dynamics (I always recommend bringing a friend to handle the dog for the second half!), or bring along a cozy blanket. This is your story!
